Kiwi II Construction has designed, supplied & installed over 20,000,000 sq.ft. Nationwide. We have access to many general contractors and subcontractors familiar with storage, which, we would be happy to recommend their services to assist in on time and within budget.

We have seen many changes in the industry , adapting metal buildings to Storage , to purpose built buildings , designed and Engineered specifically for Storage from Simple Single Story , Boat & RV Storage to 200,000 sq ft Five Story Facilities.

Many of these buildings are now designed with Towers, Mansards and Different Exterior appearances to appease City Planners and neighboring Residents who no longer want big “Square Metal Boxes” in there back yard

We realize that it is the Architect's job to get the building appearance approved, and, it is becoming increasingly difficult to do so, as agencies require more and more "gingerbread framing" to get approval. It then becomes our job at Kiwi II, with our team of designers, draftsmen and engineers, to make it build-able and cost effective, while still accommodating the city, the architect and our clients.

Aligning yourself with a Architect and Engineer that is familiar with Storage is by far the easiest road to travel as they have many layout and design concepts that they have already proven to work, both structurally and conceptually and within specific codes that apply to storage. “New Man on the Block“, not familiar with these can cost many hours of frustration from engineering to construction.
